Our Seamless Flooring Systems include:

Epoxy Mortar Resurfacers - Troweled and Slurries
Used mainly to rejuvenate old, deteriorated concrete floors in manufacturing environments. Resurfacers are typically applied at 1/4" thickness and are made out of epoxy polymers and quartz aggregate, which provide three to five times the physical strength of the original concrete. As a result, eroded aisles and floors turn into smooth, attractive surfaces. This improves traffic flow, makes the floors easy to clean and enhances productivity by minimizing forklift and material handling equipment maintenance. These benefits also ensure a safe working environment. Resurfacers are the Cadillac of all the industrial floor products and give you the lowest life cost of ownership.

Shop Floor
Shop Floor is a generic term for epoxy with a sand broadcast. Shop Floor can be applied to properly prepared concrete as thin as 40 mils and can go as thick as 3/16". Customers who want us to install Shop Floor generally need more durability and slip resistance. Shop floor also has better impact resistance than thin mil coatings and is great for businesses such as light manufacturing, auto repair and machine shops.

 |
Epoxy & Urethane Coating Systems
Commonly used in dry goods distribution, light manufacturing and warehousing environments, this system provides improved aesthetics and protection. It also delivers high chemical resistance to both acids and alkalis and increases the length of service of your floor. These coating systems will improve clean ability and light reflectivity, which cut energy and daily housekeeping expenses.

MMA Flooring Systems (Cures in One Hour or Less)
Methyl Methacrylate (MMA) based acrylic reactive resin is one of the more versatile products that we install. MMA can be used from a freezer floor to an outdoor surface. MMA systems have been extensively used in decorative surfaces, but they can also be used for heavy duty overlays. Each layer cures out completely in less than an hour, so a complete system can be installed in day or less. If you have critical flooring applications that need to be done in hurry, this is ideal for you.

 |
ESD – Conductive Systems – Dielectric – Non-Sparking
Engineered specifically for electronics assembly areas to dissipate static energy within the production environment. Elimination of static energy improves product quality and reduces warranty costs. Panther has successfully installed over 500,000 sq ft of ESD flooring since 1997. Typical customers are the military, computer companies and oil tool companies. We guarantee ESD properties for 5 years. We also install dielectric floors, conductive and non-sparking floors.

Color Quartz Systems
Color Quartz Systems flooring is a combination of clear resin (MMA, Epoxy and Urethane) and color quartz sand. It is commonly used for food preparation areas, sporting arenas, locker rooms and lab areas. This system is decorative-looking but extremely durable. They typically have integral cove base for easy cleaning and sanitation requirements. Color quartz systems provide a decorative look, while providing a safe, non-porous, seamless and skid-resistant environment.

Chemical Resistant Coatings and Liners
Epoxy and urethanes are inherently chemical-resistant. We have the capability to install systems that handle a wide variety of chemicals. Systems can be designed for primary, secondary and short-term exposure.
|
 |
Concrete Densifiers and Sealers
Densifiers harden the top layer of the concrete slab to control dusting and improve cleaning ability. Densifiers are commonly used in big box retailers and distribution centers, as well as when polishing concrete. Densifiers have little chemical resistance.
|
 |
Cementitious Self Leveling Underlayments and Overlayments
Commonly used for leveling floors before floor coverings are installed. This product is often used in retail applications. Cementitious overlays can be installed and ready for use the same day.
|
 |
Polymer Concrete Topping or Urethane Concrete
Polymer/Urethane concrete toppings are used primarily in food processing facilities and commercial kitchens because of their thermal impact properties. Polymer concrete can take the daily abuse of hot water cleaning or hot grease spills. It can also be installed rapidly in as little time as one day and in temperatures as low as 40°F. Urethane concrete topping can be a slurry or trowel grade, and they can have decorative color quartz finish.

Concrete Polishing
Polished concrete is a mechanical grinding and polishing process that utilizes a planetary grinder with industrial diamonds, liquid hardeners and sealers. The process will level, densify, polish and seal the concrete surface. Polished concrete is one of the most innovative and cost-effective flooring options available today and its popularity is leading the flooring market in warehouse, retail and decorative facilities across the nation. From showrooms to industrial plants, government buildings to retail facilities, there is nothing more powerful than seeing the transformation of polished concrete in person, which is why we offer demonstrations to show you what it can do for your facility. Just pick out your worst, highest traffic area and prepare to be amazed.
